Roster Privacy

Coach O Registration collects roster information for the sole purpose of supporting the on-line meet entry process and providing the roster information requested by the organization hosting the meet you choose to enter. The content of a roster is meet specific and is determined by the organization hosting the meet.

Coach O Registration does not provide your roster information to anyone other than the meet organizations you choose.

Rosters are archived for all meets hosted by Coach O for a full year, August-July.

If you want to have your roster removed from the Coach O roster archive, please go to any meet that you registered to enter and delete your team roster using the Create or revise a roster option on the Main Menu.
